Royal Rumble weekend is one of the most exciting times to be a wrestling fan because you never know who might show up for a surprise appearance. Recently there have been a lot of rumors regarding who could be returning on Saturday night, and PWInsider is reporting that Ariane Andrew, formerly known as WWE star Cameron, is in St. Louis and she’s set to compete in the women’s Royal Rumble match.

Ariane Andrew was part of the 2011 season of Tough Enough and she signed a developmental deal with WWE after she was eliminated. She was later paired with Naomi and together they accompanied Brodus Clay to the ring as the Funkadactyls. Ariane was also part of the Total Divas cast.

In 2016 it was confirmed that Ariane Andrew had been released from her WWE contract. In 2020 she teamed up with Nyla Rose to compete in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament, but they were eliminated in the first round.

If she appears at the Royal Rumble this will be Ariane Andrew’s first WWE appearance since 2016. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
