Over the last few years Solo Sikoa has found himself in a number of different roles on WWE programming. He went from being The Bloodline’s enforcer, to the leader of his own Bloodline, and then eventually he became the leader of the MFTs.
Recently the MFTs disbanded and Solo has been branching out more on his own after refusing an offer to return to The Bloodline. Solo has been receiving a lot of praise from fans on social media and it seems that people backstage have also taken notice of his work.
WRKD Wrestling is reporting that there has been a very positive response backstage to Solo Sikoa’s growth over the last few weeks. It’s being said that there are plans to keep heavily growing his character on weekly TV.
While Solo is no longer part of a group he will be teaming up with LA Knight and Royce Keys to face the team of Jacob Fatu and The Usos at WWE SummerSlam next weekend. Solo also offered to watch Seth Rollins’ back when he challenges Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship at the event.
It will be interesting to see if Solo continues to feud with The Bloodline following SummerSlam as it was recently reported that the current iteration of The Bloodline storyline is expected to extend beyond WrestleMania 43 next year.
