Over the last few months a number of big names have returned to WWE including The Rock, John Cena and Roman Reigns. WrestleMania season is now in full swing, but Becky Lynch happens to be one name who is notably absent. The Man has now appeared on WWE programming since May of last year and fans have been patiently waiting for her to return.
Recently Seth Rollins spoke to WFAN about Becky Lynch’s current status with WWE, and The Visionary confirmed that there are future plans for Lynch in the world of professional wrestling.
“Becky’s been back since the birth. I mean, she won the title, you know? She’s been doing great. She was awesome. She took a few months off, did some television and film projects, and now she’s gearing up to come back.”
“I don’t know when that’s going to happen just yet, but she is active—yes, that I will say. She has not retired; she’s not mentioned anything about retirement. There are future plans for her in professional wrestling.”
Rollins also talked about what it’s like to travel with Becky Lynch when he added, “I love it, I love it. My wife’s my best friend—that might be cheesy, but we get along so well. Traveling together and working together has never been an issue. We just… it’s so easy, and it makes life fun, I think.”
