the revival

The Revival barley got their feet wet on Monday Night Raw before they were taken out of action. In what could be one of the most ironic accidents ever, Dash Wilder broke his jaw during a farewell tour with NXT. They were saying goodbye to their former brand as they set off to take over Monday nights. The only problem is it’s hard to cut a promo with a broken jaw.

Dash is one tough guy, that’s for sure. Then again, he’s also a Top Guy so we shouldn’t expect anything less. The former NXT Champion was actually working out the night of his surgery. Obviously he doesn’t need any rest and relaxation. He just needs to heal that jaw.

WWE’s official YouTube channel recently posted a video where Scott Dawson gave an update on his tag team partner. Wilder has had his jaw wired shut for two straight weeks, we can’t imagine what that’s like.

Dawson reminded us The Revival aren’t in WWE to please anybody including the boys in the back or the fans. He showed some resentment that the rest of the WWE roster is in Europe now “having the times of their lives.” But just wait until The Revival are able to come back. They’re sure to pick up right where they left off.

If anything this bump in the road has probably made them want it even more. Scott Dawson says in only six weeks The Revival will be back. It is their plan to take over Raw and make it a Monday Night Revival once again.

Their goal in WWE is to make as much money as they can. They’ve got families to support. Dawson says the best way to do that is to become the Raw Tag Team Champions. They don’t seem to care who is holding those titles when they return either. But for now, we will just have to wait for The Revival to start up again.
