Roman Reigns is without a doubt one of the biggest names in professional wrestling as WWE has pushed him as the face of the company for some time now. The Tribal Chief has held numerous championships throughout his run with WWE, and his historic 1,316 day title reign came to an end last year when Cody Rhodes defeated him at WrestleMania 40.
While Roman Reigns has won just about every title there is to win in WWE he has not yet held the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. However, it seems that The Tribal Chief is ready to carry the gold if the opportunity presents itself.
When asked about a potential WWE World Heavyweight Championship reign during an appearance on the No Contest Wrestling podcast, Roman Reigns said, “If we’re trying to lift the value, you know what waist it’s supposed to go on.”
As of right now Roman Reigns is not currently involved in the title picture. Reigns competed in the Royal Rumble last weekend, but he was eliminated by CM Punk. It was recently reported that WWE has a big WrestleMania match lined up for The Tribal Chief, and you can get more on that here.
