Tonight is a big night for WWE SmackDown, as the blue brand is making the move to FOX. For many years SmackDown was thought of as The Rock’s show, and he’ll be celebrating the 20th anniversary by making an appearance tonight.
It looks like The Rock might have to watch his back, as Randy Orton will be lurking and The Viper officially challenged The Rock to a match at WrestleMania 36 when he posted the following on Twitter:
“.@TheRock I see you will be at #SmackdownOnFox this Friday. How about you & I have a discussion about who’s the greatest 3rd generation of all time and we answer that question April 5th in Tampa At Wrestlemania 36. A vipers sense of smell is unmatched. I smell what you’re cooking”
However, Randy Orton might have to put in some extra work if he wants to talk The Great One into the match because The Rock confirmed back in August that he has quietly retired from wrestling.
