In what may be a possible spoiler, advertisements for upcoming WWE live events have Sheamus listed as the Intercontinental Champion. Of course cards and plans are always subject to change so take that for what it’s worth.
WWE announced this week that the Intercontinental Championship will be decided on May 31 during the WWE Network exclusive Elimination Chamber event. The belt which was relinquished by Daniel Bryan on Raw will be decided inside the chamber.
Competitors have yet to be announced for the match but on a personal note, we’re rooting for vacant to retain.
