CM Punk returned to WWE back in November at Survivor Series and it didn’t take long for Punk to declare for the 2024 Royal Rumble. It’s clear that CM Punk is focused on winning the Royal Rumble then main eventing WrestleMania, and he recently got fans talking when he posted an Instagram story which was quickly deleted.
The Second City Saint posted the number 5 on his Instagram story which caused some fans to speculate that Punk will be the 5th entrant in the 30 man Royal Rumble match.

So far no announcements have been made regarding the order of entrants for the 30 man Royal Rumble match. Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Gunther, Kofi Kingston and Damian Priest have all been confirmed for the match.
