NXT Talent Out Of Action Due To Injury, NXT Championship Match Announced

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Sawyer Fulton hasn’t been around Sanity because Fulton suffered an undisclosed injury which will reportedly keep him out of action for several months. The specifics of the injury are unknown at this point, but it has something to do with his arm.

It’s been teased as of late that Damo could be taking Sawyer Fulton’s place in Sanity as he teamed up with Alexander Wolfe at recent NXT live events.

Last week Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Samoa Joe at the NXT live event in Osaka, Japan. The match aired during this week’s episode of NXT, and General Manager William Regal also made a special announcement. Regal announced that Shinsuke Nakamura will defend his NXT Championship against Samoa Joe this weekend at the NXT live event in Melbourne, Australia, and he will be defending the title in a steel cage match.
