Elias kicked off the men’s Royal Rumble match, and as he was getting ready to play a song he was interrupted by WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett.
They talked for a minute and planned to do a duet, but Elias attacked Jarrett and then threw him out.
WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle made his way out to the ring at number 4. Kurt only lasted a few minutes before he was eliminated by Shinsuke Nakamura.
NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano entered at number 6.
UK Champion Pete Dunne entered the match at number 18.
Former NXT Champion Aleister Black entered the match at number 21.
Dolph Ziggler made his surprise return when he entered the match at number 28. He quickly eliminated Drew McIntyre.
R-Truth tried to make his entrance at number 30, but Nia Jax came out and beat him down, then she entered the match.
Jax eliminated Mustafa Ali, then she tried to eliminate Rey Mysterio, but Dolph Ziggler superkicked her. Rey Mysterio then hit her with the 619, and Randy Orton followed up with the RKO.
Orton and Mysterio teamed up to throw her over the top, but she hung onto the bottom rope. Rey hit a baseball slide to eliminate her.
In the end it was Seth Rollins who won the match, and you can get more on that here.
Take this gif of Nia Jax being RKO'd by Randy Orton and love it. Cherish it.
