Mustafa Ali has been making headlines recently as the WWE star requested to be released from his contract a few weeks ago. Ali’s release request has not been granted, and he recently took to social media to double down on the request when he noted that he doesn’t want to be in the Royal Rumble he just wants to be released.

The release request has been getting a lot of attention on social media as of late, but it was recently reported that WWE has no plans to release Mustafa Ali from his contract.
Mustafa Ali originally posted the following statement when he publicly announced that he had requested to be released:
“I have a message that is much bigger than my dreams in pro wrestling. Despite my best efforts, I will not be able to deliver this message while working with WWE. Therefore, I am requesting my release from WWE.”
