It has been highly reported on how Mauro Ranallo hasn’t been doing well recently. He’s reportedly been suffering from depression and even though it’s not confirmed he was bullied backstage, the SmackDown Live announce team hasn’t been the same since his sabbatical started.

April 2nd will be the 5th year WWE will be holding a WrestleMania on that date making it the most popular day of the year to hold the annual event. But, they will be having the Show Of Shows without Mauro Ranallo.

Even though Mauro Ranallo won’t be on commentary, he has extended his gratitude for the amount of support he’s received during this difficult time. He even offered up his congratulations to Jim Ross who will be making his WWE return at WrestleMania 33 as a guest commentator.

Although Mauro sounds like he’s doing better he will still miss WrestleMania 33. But, that doesn’t mean he won’t be supporting his comrades who are entering the fog of battle in Orlando.

Mauro Ranallo offered up an inspirational quote from the 32nd President Of The United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. From the magnitude and excellence of this quote, it’s easy to see how FDR remained the President four terms in office.

Mauro may be wishing the WWE superstars the best and encouraging them to seize the day, but there’s no doubt he probably wishes he were able to work the event. After all, nothing would make us happier than hearing his voice of authority and charisma commentate the SmackDown matches on the WrestleMania 33 card. He obviously loves what he does too judging from the skill and enthusiasm he exhibits on the microphone.

We here at Still Real To Us can’t wait until Mauro Ranallo is able to come back to WWE and do his thing once more. But, if fans want to hear Mauro’s voice commentate WrestleMania 33, then they’re just going to have to play audio from a SmackDown Live and hope that it syncs up.
