Professional wrestling isn’t for the weak as injuries do happen from time to time and it looks like some of WWE’s biggest stars are currently sitting on the sidelines.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre are both currently out of action due to ruptured eardrums that they suffered at Survivor Series.
It’s being said that this is a short term thing and both guys should be back soon. Reigns is currently not on any of WWE’s post-Christmas shows even the Madison Square Garden event.
Drew McIntyre was injured at Survivor Series but he continued to work up until the 12/4 show in Portland, ME because he didn’t realize he was hurt that bad until he was examined. Originally Drew McIntyre was set to team with Sheamus and challenge The Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles on SmackDown this week, but he has been replaced by Butch.
