The AEW roster is loaded with talent, but it looks like at least one name has officially retiring from in-ring competition following the recent AEW Collision tapings.
Fightful Select is reporting that Christopher Daniels is effectively retired from in-ring competition. Hangman Page defeated Christopher Daniels at the AEW Collision: Maximum Carnage tapings and the match is supposed to serve as Christopher Daniels’ last match.
It’s being said that Daniels had been looking to have his last match and retire for some time. Throughout his career Christopher Daniels has competed for a number of companies including AEW, WWE, ROH and AAA just to name a few.
Christopher Daniels has been with All Elite Wrestling since the beginning and he also works behind the scenes as the Head of Talent Relations for the company.
