Elimination Chamber aired live from Montreal on Saturday night and Austin Theory defended his United States Championship against Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Johnny Gargano, Bronson Reed, Damian Priest and Montez Ford inside the chamber.
Bronson Reed was the first to be eliminated after Montez Ford, Seth Rollins and Johnny Gargano teamed up to take him out. At one point Seth Rollins tried to powerbomb Johnny Gargano off the top of the pod, but Gargano reversed it into a hurricanrana and sent Rollins crashing into Priest, Theory and Ford below. Damian Priest followed up by taking Johnny Gargano out with the Razor’s Edge.
Seth Rollins and Montez Ford teamed up when Seth held Damian Priest up and Ford jumped off the top rope to hit the blockbuster which eliminated Priest. Montez Ford hit the frog splash from the top rope on Austin Theory then he crawled through the ropes and Rollins hit Ford with a stomp on the chamber floor. Referees and medical officials took Ford out of the match as he sold the injury.
Seth Rollins hit Theory with the Pedigree then set him up to be stomped, but Logan Paul showed up and attacked Rollins then hit him with a stomp. Theory followed up with A-Town Down to retain the United States Championship while Logan Paul laughed at Seth Rollins from outside the chamber.
