Kevin Owens is the current WWE United States Champion, but he’s not just the champion, he’s the Face of America. Owens won the belt for the very first time at WrestleMania 33, and he became a two time US Champion after he defeated Chris Jericho to win the belt recently on SmackDown Live.
Now that Owens is a big time player on SmackDown Live, everyone wants his autograph. He’s got gold, and he’s the Face of America, so obviously he’s a pretty big deal.
The only problem with being a Kevin Owens fan is that Owens loves to troll fans whenever he gets the chance. He has no problem crushing people’s spirits if it gets him heat, and he definitely crushed a fan’s spirit during the recent WWE live event in Newcastle.
One of the perks of standing near the entrance area when you attend a WWE live event is that you have a pretty good chance of interacting with one of your favorite superstars with maybe a high five, or perhaps an autograph.
As Owens made his way to the ring a fan in attendance reached out with a piece of paper and requested an autograph. At first Kevin Owens seemed happy to oblige, but instead he just grabbed the paper from the person’s hand and dropped it on the ground. Absolutely savage.

Perhaps the best part of this whole exchange is all the comments on the Instagram post on WWE’s page, as they prove that Owens is doing exactly what he needs to do to establish himself as a top heel.
Speaking of United States Titles, during the ROH/NJPW War of the Worlds pay-per-view, NJPW announced the creation of the IWGP United States Championship.
The first champion will be determined via a tournament which will take during the G1 Special in California on 7/1 and 7/2. You can check out a photo of the new IWGP United States Championship belt below.
