Kenta made his first appearance for WWE NXT tonight. He was introduced by NXT General Manager William Regal.
Kenta said that this was a dream come true and that he will be starting over now. He will now be known as Hideo Itami. The name is a tribute to one of his heroes. Kenta said his goal is to become NXT Champion.
Kenta was then interrupted by the former NXT tag Champions the Ascension. Kenta handled both men then posed in the ring.
