John Cena hasn’t made made many appearances on WWE programming this year because he’s been focused on his acting career, and he’s been spending his time in China filming a movie with Jackie Chan as of late.
This weekend Cena will be making his return to the ring at the WWE live event in Shanghai on September 1, and he’s set to debut a brand new move.
The former WWE Champion told WWE.com a few weeks ago that the move has a true foundation in Chinese culture.
“I couldn’t think of a better way to show my appreciation for China, Chinese people and Chinese culture,” he said, “than to debut what I think is a finishing move that will provide me much victory than Shanghai on Sept. 1.”
We’re only a few days away from the big live event in Shanghai, and Cena recently hyped up the new move by calling it #TheDoomiest.
