Jey Uso has become one of the most talked about stars in the wrestling community over the last few years and today he started making headlines after TMZ reported that his wife Takecia Fatu filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage.
After news of the divorce filing started making the rounds, Jey Uso posted a tweet which simply said, “M A GROWN A** MAN.” The former World Heavyweight Champion also posted the same quote in his latest Instagram story.
According to the report Takecia claimed that her marriage to Jey Uso was “irretrievably broken.” The report also noted that Takecia Fatu has requested exclusive use of their home in Georgia, as well as child and spousal support, and attorney fees. In addition to that Takecia has requested that the court award her primary physical custody of their youngest son. However, she is reportedly open to the idea of joint legal custody.
Jey Uso has been one of the top stars in WWE for years now and is currently one of the key figures in The Bloodline storyline as The Usos reunited with Roman Reigns after Roman captured the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42.
In recent weeks Jey has been chasing championship gold as he faced Oba Femi in the King of the Ring finals, but unfortunately for Jey it was The Ruler who picked up the victory. Jey then faced off against Cody Rhodes on SmackDown to determine the number one contender for Sami Zayn’s Undisputed WWE Championship, and he once again fell short as Cody secured the win to earn the title shot.
Cody Rhodes will challenge Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Championship on Raw this week.
