Over the last few years WWE has released a number of Superstars and the wrestling world was shocked last year when Mandy Rose was released after she dropped the NXT Women’s Championship. Mandy has yet to return to the ring following her release and many fans have wondered if she will ever step foot in the ring again.
Mandy Rose recently held a Q&A session on her Instagram page and a fan asked her if she’s retired from professional wrestling. The former NXT Women’s Champion wouldn’t fully commit to the idea of retiring, but she noted that wrestling is something she’s simply not doing right now.
“I don’t know if ‘retires’ is the right word, but I’m not doing it right now. I don’t know about the future. Pretty busy right now, doing a lot of things and all is well, so.”
After Mandy Rose was released from WWE in December of 2022 it was reported that the door isn’t completely closed on a potential return, so perhaps she could make her way back to the company someday.
