Bray Wyatt wasn’t part of the recent WWE live event at Madison Square Garden and it was reported this week that Wyatt is currently out of action because he’s dealing with a physical issue. In recent weeks Wyatt has been building toward a WrestleMania match with Bobby Lashley, and with Wyatt out of action there’s been a lot of speculation regarding his status for WWE’s biggest show of the year. Bobby Lashley got the rumor mill talking even more when he posted a tweet saying that he doesn’t care who he faces at WrestleMania.

If Bobby Lashley does indeed end up needing a new opponent then it seems former WWE star Matt Cardona is willing to take the spot. Cardona recently made it clear that he’s more than ready to step up to Lashley when he posted the following on Twitter:

“My last @WWE match? & My First Match back? #AlwayzReady”

It was recently reported that even though Bray Wyatt is currently sidelined his match with Bobby Lashley is still on for WrestleMania. We’ll have to wait and see if anything changes in the weeks to come. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.

[…] There’s currently no word on when Bray Wyatt could be returning to TV, but if WWE is indeed moving forward with plans for a Wyatt vs. Lashley match at WrestleMania then it will be interesting to see how it’s built up in the weeks to come. Following reports of Bray Wyatt being sidelined Bobby Lashley took to Twitter to say that he doesn’t care who he faces at WrestleMania and a former WWE star offered to step up and take Bray’s place.
