It’s a great honor to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as some of the biggest names in the history of the business have cemented their legacies by earning a Hall of Fame ring. There are a number of interesting names who could potentially be inducted in the years to come, but one former WWE star doesn’t believe it’s in the cards for them.

During a recent episode of the It’s Not Our Fault podcast, Gene Snitsky addressed the possibility of him being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame someday, but he indicated that it’s unlikely to happen due to “certain people” that are still at the company.

“I’m flattered because, as a performer, that’s ultimately what you want to be remembered for, your stuff. And like I’ve said in the past on numerous podcasts and on our show, I’m so flattered and humbled by people still wanting to talk about punting babies and the clothesline of Paul London … But I doubt I’ll ever get to the Hall of Fame just because certain people that are there.”

Gene Snitsky officially made his debut on WWE programming back in 2004 and he kicked off his on screen career in a big way as he started a storyline with Kane and Lita. He remained with WWE until he was released in 2008, but later returned for a cameo appearance on Raw in 2023.
