CM Punk was one of the top stars in WWE for years, and he competed in some memorable matches on the Grandest Stage of Them All. Punk faced some big names at WrestleMania, but he never got the chance to main event the Show of Shows.

On the road to WrestleMania 29 it seemed like Punk had a chance of making it to the main event, but ultimately WWE booked The Rock vs. John Cena for the second year in a row. When a fan recently asked Punk about a potential triple threat, Punk noted that the pitch was for him to be taken out so Rock and Cena could have their moment.

CM Punk also discussed his SummerSlam match against Brock Lesnar and he said that the had ideas for high spots, but filled in the blanks during the match.

The former WWE Champion was asked what it would take for him to appear on Broken Skull Sessions with Steve Austin, he made it clear that the answer is simple, money.

Punk last competed on TV when he entered the 2014 Royal Rumble match, and when he was asked which match he would do over he replied, “The last one.”
