UPDATE: Brock Lesnar did indeed make an appearance at the end of SmackDown this week when he hit Theory with the F5.
Tonight’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place from the TD Garden in Boston, and originally Brock Lesnar was being advertised for the show.
However, it seems that Brock’s status for tonight’s TV taping is in question as Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Brock Lesnar has left SmackDown according to several sources.

Earlier today Vince McMahon officially announced his retirement from WWE and Fightful Select is reporting that there were immediate rumors that Brock Lesnar was “very pissed off” about the news and left SmackDown.
Bryan Alvarez later followed up saying that Brock referred to Vince’s retirement and said something derivative of, “If he’s gone, I’m gone.”
As of this writing WWE.com is still advertising Brock Lesnar for SmackDown tonight, but it seems unlikely that he’ll be returning. Stay tuned for more updates on Brock Lesnar’s status as they become available.
