People call Braun Strowman “The Monster Among Men” for a reason. He’s huge, mean, and has the ability to do things human beings frankly shouldn’t be able to do. We’ve seen Strowman lift a vehicle a time or two and it turns out there is a very good reason why.

Coming from the Strongman Circuit, Strowman had to lift cars for a living. He also flipped huge tires, bent bars, and did other feats of human strength that put him more in a superhuman status. He’s like The Incredible Hulk only you don’t have to make him angry for him to do something amazing, after all, Braun Strowman often flings heavy things like their frisbees for fun.

Braun Strowman recently spoke to Men’s Health and said he trains with a squat rack loaded up on the front end to simulate lifting a car. So all of those times Braun was shown flipping an ambulance or lifting a car, maybe there weren’t as many special effects going on as we thought.

“Load weight on the front ends of the bar,” Braun said. “So you would set up the racks where you have the support safety bars set down low and then you would lean the bars over the rack. You could use a 25-pound weight to keep them from sliding off that bar. Set the two bars out, stand in between them both of them, grab ahold of each bar with each hand and deadlift them.”

That is some amazing advice from a man who could soon become a Raw Tag Team Champion at WrestleMania if he ever announces his partner.

As Braun Strowman’s ring work continues to evolve his personality is becoming more a part of his character. If you follow him on Instagram then you know the gun-loving, happy go lucky Southern boy that is coming to the surface and it is certainly an exciting thing.

Strowman could become a top babyface in WWE and it happened organically. Braun wasn’t someone WWE put a three-year plan to work on in order to make him a star because fans just loved watching people get those hands.

Maybe someday Braun Strowman will be in a peak position in WWE where his main event potential will see him receive the position he deserves. But in the meantime, it looks like The Monster Among Men is going to keep clanging and banging as he works out by pretending to lift automobiles in the gym.
