Sunday night at WrestleMania 34, Braun Strowman challenged Sheamus and Cesaro for the Raw Tag Team Titles, but he didn’t do it alone. Strowman recruited a 10 year old kid named Nicholas to be his partner, and together they won the belts.
Braun and Nicholas appeared on Raw this week, and Braun announced that they were vacating the titles, because Nicholas is only in the fourth grade and he has to go to school. But he said when Nicholas gets out of school they’ll be coming after the belts.
Sheamus and Cesaro later confronted Kurt Angle and asked about the belts.
Kurt Angle announced that the Raw Tag Team Titles will be decided in a match at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia. He said he’s giving four teams an opportunity via something he called the Tag Team Eliminator. He said the Tag Team Eliminator would kick off tonight and continue next week.
When the show came back from the commercial break, The Revival battled Gallows and Anderson in the first match in the Tag Team Eliminator tournament. The Revival picked up the win. Stay tuned for more updates regarding the title match.
No Way Jose was also called up on Monday Night Raw this week. he made his entrance accompanied by a conga line and picked up a quick win over an enhancement talent.
