WWE fans have a lot to look forward to over the next few weeks from WWE Super Show-Down, the release of WWE 2K19, Crown Jewel and more.
SmackDown 1000 is also set to air on October 16th, and it looks like we could be seeing a big return at the event.
WrestleVotes recently noted on Twitter that there was some backstage talk of Mysterio making his surprise return at Super Show-Down, but it’s more likely to happen at SmackDown 1000.
With Evolution reuniting, and Rey Mysterio possibly returning, SmackDown 1000 is shaping up to be a big show.
Regarding Rey Mysterio, some within the company wanted a “surprise pop” for the Australia stadium show coming up on Saturday, however I’m hearing his return is more likely to happen in 2 weeks at SmackDown 1000. Mysterio was a staple of SD in the early days. Makes sense.
