Recently there’s been a lot of talk about WWE departures as a number of former WWE stars recently became free agents. There’s also been a lot of talk about Bayley’s status with WWE as she was defeated by Lyra Valkyria at Saturday Night’s Main Event and Lyra later stated that she ran Bayley out of the company.
Originally Bayley was being advertised for WWE’s SummerSlam Prospect Tryout VIP Experience on July 30th, but she has since been pulled from the graphic for the event and replaced by Ivy Nile.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Bayley’s contract with WWE is set to expire later this year. There’s been a lot of speculation regarding Bayley possibly moving to AEW as Mercedes Mone is one of Bayley’s best friends and as been making it clear that she wants to feud with her in All Elite Wrestling with her teases on social media.
It’s being said that Bayley has a decision to make and she will have to consider the offer WWE will make to keep her. It was also noted that if Bayley leaves she has a chance at a much higher spot, and if Tony Khan wants her the money will be good at both companies.
