SummerSlam is a hot topic in the world of wrestling right now as the show is quickly approaching and the card is still coming together. While more matches are still being confirmed for the event it seems that a big name will not be appearing at SummerSlam this year.
During a recent WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select Q&A session, WrestleVotes addressed Becky Lynch’s status and ruled The Man out for the SummerSlam PLE which it was said that, “She’s coming back after SummerSlam.”
Over the last year or so Becky Lynch has been the main figure in the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship picture. The Man has worked with multiple names including Lyra Valkyria, Maxxine Dupri, AJ Lee and more recently Sol Ruca.
Lynch had been feuding with Sol Ruca over the last few months and she ultimately dropped the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship to Ruca at the Clash in Italy premium live event back in May. Becky last stepped into the ring when she faced off against Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss and Chelsea Green in a Queen of the Ring qualifying match that was ultimately won by Liv Morgan.
Even though Becky has been off TV she has still been active on social media. At this point in time it’s not clear what WWE might planned for her when she returns, or if Becky Lynch will be getting back into the Women’s Intercontinental Title picture.
