Brock Lesnar busted Randy Orton open on Sunday night at SummerSlam, and word got out yesterday that Lesnar got into an altercation with Chris Jericho after the match. You can get more on what led to the altercation here.

PWInsider notes that there doesn’t seem to be heat on Chris Jericho for the incident, and that it was just seen as a case of “boys being boys.” It’s also being said that there are a lot of people talking about how Chris Jericho is a badass for stepping up to Brock Lesnar.

It was also noted that at one point Jericho “backed” Lesnar up and each one waited for the other to throw a punch. Apparently that’s when Lesnar made a comment that Jericho should either punch him or kiss him. The two were then separated by Triple H and Vince McMahon.

On a related note, Paul Heyman commented on the controversial finish to the SummerSlam main event on behalf of his client Brock Lesnar, Heyman posted the following on Facebook:

“As his advocate (Paul Heyman), I can only advise the WWE Universe that my client Brock Lesnar was fully prepared to inflict the damage to Randy Orton that everyone witnessed last night at WWE SummerSlam …”
