triple h

Triple H officially took over WWE creative last summer and since then The Game has brought quite a few released wrestlers back to the company. Former Raw Tag Team Champions Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows happened to be among the names that were released from WWE in 2020 which led to them working with Impact Wrestling, NJPW and AEW. Gallows and Anderson returned to WWE in October of 2022 and it sounds like fans should expect them to be part of the WWE roster for some time.

Fightful Select reports that when asking about the length of some current WWE deals they heard that many people are under deals that are set to expire in mid-2025, but that’s not the case with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.

According to the report Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are under five year deals that will keep them with WWE until late 2027. Fightful asked about why their deals were longer and it was noted that Triple H helped negotiate their decision to stay with WWE instead of joining AEW, NJPW or Impact in 2019, and he felt bad about the fact that they ended up getting released prematurely.

When Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows returned in October they immediately reformed The OC with AJ Styles and the stable seemed to be going strong. Unfortunately The OC’s momentum was halted when AJ Styles suffered an injury during a WWE live event last month. It’s not clear at this point when AJ Styles will return but he confirmed via Twitter that he will not need surgery.
