There’s less than two weeks to go before WrestleMania 39 and WWE had been building up a match between Bray Wyatt and Bobby Lashley for the Showcase of the Immortals. In recent weeks Bobby Lashley had continued to build the match even though Bray Wyatt hasn’t been appearing on TV, but Lashley was not featured on Raw this week.
Fightful Select reports that Bobby Lashley was backstage at Raw this week. However, Lashley was not listed on the internal rundown for the show. The former WWE Champion was in action over the weekend as he worked with Baron Corbin at a live event.
Ahead of the Elimination Chamber premium live event last month Bray Wyatt called out the winner of Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley. It was Lashley who ended up getting the win when Brock Lesnar hit him with a low blow causing the match end in a disqualification.
Bray Wyatt had been taunting Bobby Lashley ahead of their WrestleMania match, but it was recently reported that Wyatt has been sidelined due to an illness. Now it seems that Wyatt’s WrestleMania match with Lashley is in doubt, and you can get more on that here.
