The Judgment Day have been one of the top acts on Monday Night Raw for some time now, and in recent weeks the group has been making appearances on NXT. This week’s episode of NXT featured a big title change as Dominik Mysterio defeated Wes Lee to become the new NXT North American Champion.
It seems that there was a lot of interest in the NXT North American Championship match as this week’s episode of NXT averaged 746,000 viewers which was up 11.2% compared to last week.
PWInsider Elite is reporting that WWE is thrilled with the appearances that The Judgment Day has been making on NXT programming, and internally the appearances are being credited with raising the audience for the show in recent weeks.
There are reportedly plans in place for The Judgment Day members to appear regularly on NXT at least for the next month. It was also noted that the NXT North American Championship belt is expected to appear on Monday Night Raw.
