Bad Bunny has become one of the biggest names in music and a few years ago he decided to get involved with WWE. It’s been a while since Bad Bunny has made an appearance at a WWE event, but it looks like he could be making his presence felt at some point in the future.
During the most recent episode of AAA, JBL asked Rey Mysterio if we could see Bad Bunny in AAA now that Damian Priest is with the promotion, and Mysterio said, “We’re working on that as well.”
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer is now reporting that there’s something to Rey Mysterio’s tease regarding Bad Bunny and AAA. Bad Bunny’s name had been making the rounds earlier this year as there were rumors that he had been in discussions for a potential match with Logan Paul.
Bad Bunny originally made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37 when he teamed up with Damian Priest to defeat the team of The Miz & John Morrison on the Grandest Stage of Them All. He later returned to the ring in January of 2022 when he entered the 30 man Royal Rumble match.
The former WWE 24/7 Champion has not wrestled since May of 2023 when he stepped into the ring to face Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight at the Backlash premium live event.
