Right now all eyes are looking ahead to WrestleMania, but WWE has another massive event planned just weeks after the show of shows. It was recently announced that the Greatest Royal Rumble is set to take place from Saudi Arabia on April 27, and it’s going to be a loaded show.
The event is set to feature a 50 man Royal Rumble match, and it was recently confirmed that the event will also feature 7 title matches.
Fans have been wondering whether or not they will be able to watch this event, and Roman Reigns recently indicated that it will air on the WWE Network.
Now PWInsider is reporting that one of their readers sent word that after he tried to cancel his WWE Network subscription, a screen highlighting all of the upcoming live programming popped up and the Greatest Royal Rumble was listed.
Mike Johnson of PWI also attempted the same cancelation attempt and got the same result showing the event listed between WrestleMania 34 and Backlash, so it appears that there are plans in place to air the show on the WWE Network.
WWE recently signed a 10 year deal with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and it’s being reported that WWE officials are looking to do everything within their power to make the Greatest Royal Rumble as massive as possible
Stars being advertised for the event include John Cena, Triple H, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, The New Day, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, Shinsuke Nakamura and more.
It’s also rumored that WWE has contacted Chris Jericho about the Greatest Royal Rumble, and that The Undertaker could be making an appearance.
