Bobby Lashley didn’t leave WWE on very good terms when he parted ways with the company, but he certainly found success after his departure.
Lashley went on to fight in Bellator, and he was also featured as one of the top stars in Impact Wrestling where he won the World Heavyweight Championship several times.
But now Bobby Lashley’s deal with Impact Wrestling is up, and there’s been a lot of talk regarding what he’s going to do next. Lashley had been negotiating with both WWE and NJPW, but it looks like the former World Champion is WWE bound.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Lashley is expected to return to WWE any time now.
The belief is that he’s set to work a program with Brock Lesnar after WrestleMania, but that’s not confirmed at this point.
Last weekend the women of WWE competed in the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match, but Alicia Fox unfortunately had to be pulled after she was injured during rehearsals.
Fox was also pulled from the mixed match challenge, and it was recently revealed that Goldust’s new partner will be Absolution member Mandy Rose.
It’s being reported that due to her broken tailbone, Fox is expected to be out of action for at least a few months.
