This week’s episode of SmackDown Live continued the build for the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view, but three of SmackDown Live’s most noticeable stars were missing. The New Day didn’t appear on SmackDown Live this week, but they had a good reason, and they didn’t appear because they were part of the Television Critics Association Winter Tour event in California.
Thank you @OfficialTCA & @USA_Network for hosting @WWE yesterday! 25 years of Monday Night #Raw is certainly a milestone to celebrate! #Raw25 #TCA18 pic.twitter.com/n0iiAehdKA

Nia Jax recently spoke to The Indian Express about the first ever women’s Royal Rumble, and she said that it’s their way of letting the world know women can do it all.
“Women’s evolution just keeps getting better and better. We are showing the world what women can do right now. Women are coming into their own and breaking down so many boundaries. It’s telling the world we can do it all.”
Nia also noted that she hopes to see some WWE Hall of Famers at the upcoming Raw 25th anniversary show.
“I am definitely looking forward to seeing the Hall of Famers. It is going to be a huge moment in history and I can’t wait to see Trish Stratus, Beth Phoneix and the others. You never know who is going to show up. But I am sure it’s going to be a fantastic evening.”
