Ever since their call-up to the main roster, it seems that The Revival have been up against much more than the usual odds that are presented to former NXT superstars.
Both Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson have had stints on the sidelines through injury over the past few months, with Dawson suffering a bicep injury that has kept him out of action since August and his longtime partner off WWE TV.
PWInsider is now reporting that the former NXT Tag Team Champion could be set to return to Monday Night Raw in the next month, which is fantastic news for the Raw Tag Team Division since it’s been needing a team like The Revival for the past few weeks.
The Revival were a popular call-up to the main roster the night after WrestleMania 33 and were poised to become Tag Team Champions if injuries didn’t plague their first few months on the main roster. The duo are one of the most skilled teams that Raw has and the red brand will definitely benefit from their return.
The Raw roster doesn’t have a pay-per-view now until the Royal Rumble, so it seems that this would be a fantastic time for Dawson to make his return and start a storyline to ensure that he is part of one of the biggest events of the year.
