This week on NXT Bobby Roode earned a shot at the NXT Championship when he defeated Tye Dillinger, Andrade “Cien” Almas and Roderick Strong in a Fatal 4-Way elimination match. Roode is now set to face off against Shinsuke Nakamura at NXT TakeOver: San Antonio, and according to Triple H it will be glorious.

After the match Bobby Roode was interviewed and he said that he came to NXT to take the company to the next level, and at NXT TakeOver: San Antonio he will make the NXT Championship glorious.
WWE recently introduced the United Kingdom Championship, and they also announced that a tournament will be held in January to crown the first champion.

Nigel McGuinness, Finn Balor and William Regal will be working at the announce table for the tournament, and Michael Cole recently told ESPN that WWE has big plans for Nigel.
“I cannot wait. I’ve been trying to get Nigel here for a long time. And this just worked out to be the perfect venue to bring him aboard. He’s gonna start his career off as part of this tournament, but he’s gonna be with WWE full time going forward. We have a lot of plans for Nigel, and I think fans are going to be excited seeing what he has coming in his career. There’s not a better person to be able to do this.”
