Last night Lillian Garcia made her WWE return during the Elimination Chamber PPV after being out for almost two months. Lillian had surgery back on April 10 to repair a torn meniscus and Eden Stiles had been filling in for her. Lillian thanked the fans for their support and you can see what she had to say below:
