Near the end of the match Queen Aminata hit Persephone with a running knee which knocked her out of the ring. The two stars then battled on the outside and Persephone fell onto a chair that was set up on the outside as Queen Aminata hit her with a missile dropkick.
The referee checked on Persephone and Britt Baker hit Queen Aminata with the TBS Championship while the referee wasn’t looking. Back in the ring Persephone went to the top and connected with a moonsault for a two count. Britt Baker looked furious after Aminata kicked out.
Persephone picked Queen Aminata up and Aminata countered with a headbutt. Queen Aminata then connected with the running knee a second time and managed to pin Persephone to become the new TBS Champion.
After the match Queen Aminata celebrated with tears in her eyes as pyro went off in the background. The women’s locker room then came down to the ring and celebrated with Aminata as the show went off the air.
