This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off with a big angle as The Usos were attacked by Royce Keys & OTM as they drove into the arena. Keys & OTM bloodied The Usos, but the graphic nature of the segment was downplayed due to the fact that Jey and Jimmy’s wounds were blurred out.
The censorship quickly became a hot topic among fans during the broadcast, and Triple H later posted the uncensored version of the segment on social media.
False Finish is reporting that Netflix made the decision to censor the graphic content on Monday Night Raw this week. It was noted that the decision was made due to certain restrictions in countries where Raw is available on Netflix. It was also noted that Triple H posting the uncensored version was done as a result of Netflix’s decision.
This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw was pre-taped which obviously allowed more time for changes to be made to the show. While a number of segments have been censored on Netflix in replays, typically segments like the one we saw on Monday involving The Bloodline and Royce Keys & OTM aren’t censored when they air live.
One way or another it seems that the feud between The Bloodline and Royce Keys & OTM is far from over, so we’ll have to wait and see how things escalate in the weeks to come.
