Kevin Owens fans have been on quite the rollercoaster over the last few years as he was originally supposed to face Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41. Unfortunately Owens was pulled from the match due to a career threatening neck injury, and he’s been out of action ever since.
While Kevin Owens underwent neck fusion surgery last summer there’s been no word on whether or not he will ever be able to return to the ring. Even though KO hasn’t been wrestling he’s been actively supporting his friend Sami Zayn recently after Sami pinned Cody Rhodes to win the Undisputed WWE Championship at the Night of Champions premium live event.
On Monday Night Raw this week CM Punk returned and ended Sami Zayn’s title reign when he pinned Sami to win the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event.
Following the show Kevin Owens posted a cryptic photo of The Boogeyman holding a clock which can be seen below.

At this point it’s not exactly clear what the post means, but some fans have speculated that Kevin Owens could be teasing it’s only a matter of time before he returns due to the clock in the photo.
Back in March it was reported that Kevin was set to be re-evaluated this summer, and WWE officials were hopeful he might be able to return to the ring at some point in 2026. Whether or not a return is going to happen remains to be seen, but KO’s latest post certainly got the wrestling world talking.
