This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw aired live from Baltimore, Maryland and the show kicked off with The Bloodline making their way to the ring. As Roman Reigns was approaching the ring he recognized Eric Andre who was sitting in the crowd, and The Tribal Chief dapped Andre up before getting down to business.
As the segment continued Roman Reigns gave Jacob Fatu an ula fala and officially welcomed him to The Bloodline. While the group was leaving the ringside area Eric Andre touched Jacob’s ula fala which caused the Samoan Werewolf to snap as he pulled Andre over the barricade.
Fatu proceeded to throw Andre in the ring then hit him with a splash from the top rope. Roman Reigns then gave Fatu permission to hit Eric Andre with one more splash before everyone left.
PWInsider is reporting that one of the reasons why WWE did the angle with Eric Andre on Monday Night Raw this week is because Andre co-stars with John Cena in the new Netflix film Little Brother. The movie is set to premiere on the streaming service on June 26th, so Eric Andre’s appearance was a promotional tie in deal.
