The WWE women’s division has come a long way over the last decade or so, and recently a number of former WWE stars such as Paige, AJ Lee and The Bella Twins have returned to the company. One former WWE Divas Champion who has yet to return is Celeste Bonin, formerly known as Kaitlyn in WWE.
While talking about a potential return to WWE during an appearance on TMZ’s Inside The Ring, Celeste noted that she’s open to returning to the company, but it’s not something that is her number one goal.
“It’s interesting, I’m 39 now, I’ll be 40 in a few months, and I’m at the top of my game. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in, my body feels great, I’m more confident in who I am, my voice, than ever before. I’m open to it. It’s not like ‘Okay, this is my number one goal, to get back in a WWE ring,’ but I think that it would make sense.”
Celeste Bonin last wrestled for WWE as Kaitlyn in 2018 when she competed in the Mae Young Classic tournament. She last stepped into the ring in 2019 when she faced off against Nicolth Lucero at a GWA event.
