– The original plan for Monday’s RAW was to feature a segment with Vince McMahon and John Cena, which would have led to a period with no authority figure on the show. They ended up going back with the Anonymous General Manager but there has been talk of doing a weekly General Manager of the night, possibly with some celebrities.
– Sting’s WWE debut at Survivor Series wasn’t a last minute call after all. Sting kept the debut to himself while on the road promoting WWE 2K15 but he previously filmed the footage for his entrance video and the plan had been in place for weeks.
