This week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and it’s shaping up to be an interesting show.
PWInsider is reporting that Shinsuke Nakamura is expected to be at the Friday Night SmackDown tapings in Brooklyn later this week. This week WWE will be taping two episodes of SmackDown due to the Crown Jewel premium live event taking place from Saudi Arabia next week.
It’s not clear at this point in time if WWE has plans for Shinsuke Nakamura to appear on one of the shows during the double taping, or if Nakamura could compete in a dark match.
Shinsuke Nakamura has not wrestled on television since the April 22 episode of Raw when he was defeated by Sheamus. Over the last few months Shinsuke has worked a number of live events and earlier this month he faced off against LA Knight several times on WWE’s UK tour.
