It’s been a big year for WWE signings and the company continues to seek out new talent. On Thursday night Jacob Henry appeared at his father Mark Henry’s Remix Rumble event, and Jacob said that he had some big news. He said that the news is going to come out in the next couple of days. The fans then started chanting “NXT!”
“I think that you guys should be the first to know, that I am going to be a future superstar, and it’s been put on paper. I have officially signed a deal with the WWE,” Jacob Henry said.
The fans responded by chanting “NXT!” Jacob told everyone that he just wants them to know that it’s official, and he’s locked in. However, it’s not clear at this point in time when Jacob Henry will be starting with WWE.

Recently Mark Henry spoke to TMZ about his son’s future and he indicated that Jacob is focused on pursuing a career in the world of professional wrestling.
“His true passion is pro wrestling,” Mark said. “He’s not trying to be the Olympic champion. He said, ‘Dad, I’m not trying to go to the Pro Bowl or win the Super Bowl.’ He said, ‘I want to main event WrestleMania. I wanna go to Japan and be champion.'”
