This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place from Salt Lake City, UT and it’s shaping up to be a huge show. Last week business picked up during the WrestleMania 40 press conference when The Rock slapped Cody Rhodes after Cody declared that he would be facing Roman Reigns on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
The Rock and Roman Reigns will both be appearing on Friday Night SmackDown this week, and BWE is reporting ahead of the show that The Rock and Roman Reigns will not have a script for their segment.
Several Elimination Chamber qualifying matches will also be held tonight such as The Miz vs. Logan Paul, Kevin Owens vs. Dominik Mysterio, Naomi vs. Alba Fyre and Zelina Vega vs. Tiffany Stratton
WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show:
– The Rock and Roman Reigns to return to SmackDown
– The Miz and Logan Paul square off in Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match
– Zelina Vega battles Tiffany Stratton in an Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match
– Kevin Owens looks to gain entry into Elimination Chamber by facing “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio
– Naomi faces Alba Fyre in Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match
