There’s certainly no shortage of options for wrestling fans to watch nowadays as professional wrestling airs on TV most nights of the week. WWE has expanded over the years with shows like NXT, NXT LVL Up, Main Event and more, and now it looks like the company could potentially be adding another show in the future.

Nick Khan recently discussed WWE’s content schedule at the Moffett Nathanson’s Inaugural Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference, and he noted that ideally the company would like to have a show for every day of the week.

“Ideally for us, we would go every day of the week, as long as there is a unique product we can put on the air and resonate.”

Khan went on to note that plans for a weekly lucha libre show have been discussed internally, but noted that it’s likely not something the company will move forward with until the US and UK media rights are settled.

“Something we’ve discussed internally; lucha libre, which is big in Mexico and Latin America, to start something like that down the road. This would be well after US and UK media rights are settled, the synergies are all in place and we have our legs under us with [TKO Group], that’s something that’s interesting to us, especially with the growing Hispanic audience in the US. We over-index in the Hispanic community already with our English content. To target that is something of interest for us.”
